Our anaesthetists are supported by a group of highly capable administrative staff.

The office helps facilitate your anaesthetic service by helping your anaesthetist with co-ordinating with the surgical rooms, managing calendars and proving Informed Financial Consent when applicable. Since our anaesthetists are often in the operating room and unable to take phone calls, the staff are here to take your call and help communications with your specialist.

In addition, all health fund and patient accounts are prepared by the office, including the follow up and receipting of account payments and providing debtor recovery support.

The office fields numerous requests each and every day, whether it be a request for an Estimate of Fees, information on health fund or Medicare rebates, or a general query on preparation for surgery.
